Android app
In testing · testers only, not in the Play Store
A native app for Android phones and tablets, in English, Spanish and Korean. It plays the daily board, One pick and the draft arena, shows the Draft page’s win chance and ranked picks, and can mirror your live champion select from the desktop companion. It talks to the same model the site does and needs no account.
There is no public download yet. Testers get the app as a file to install: the button opens an email to us, and we reply with the link.
On a phone
The app on a phone, against the live site. “Tester”, “Tester Ann” and “Tester Bo” are test names: the Friends screens use two test profiles made for these pictures.

What it does
- Daily board. One board a day, the same for everybody, one attempt, then the key and the leaderboard.
- One pick. A board at a time: on your own, against the computer, or against a friend with an invite link.
- Draft arena. A full two-sided draft against a friend or the bot, on a clock, graded at the end.
- Draft. Fill in the ten seats and read each side’s chance to win and a ranked list for the pick on the clock.
- Live draft. Mirrors your real champion select from the desktop companion on the same network and shows the ranked picks for your own seat.
- Friends. With a private profile linked, add a friend by code and challenge them to the same five One pick boards; they play when they next open KayLoL.
- English, Spanish and Korean; light and dark; phones and tablets.
What it keeps on the phone
The same list the app shows under About:
- The name you type, the rank you draft at, the clock you prefer, and whether you asked for recommendations.
- Your desktop companion’s address, if you use the live draft.
- If you link the phone to your private profile: that profile’s key, the random credential a linked browser keeps as its one cookie. It is left out of phone backups and deleted when you unlink.
- If you have friends: whether the background check for challenges is on, and how many waiting challenges it last told you about.
Nothing else. The app makes no visitor id, and your seat in a room or a match lives in memory for the length of one game.
What it sends
The app talks to kaylol.gg, the same way the site’s own pages do: the boards you open and the picks you make. It contains no advertising, analytics or push-notification library. If you have friends and leave the check on, it asks the server about every 15 minutes whether a challenge is waiting, and shows a notification on the phone itself. The privacy policy says what the server keeps.
What you need
- Android 8.0 or newer, on a phone or a tablet, and an internet connection.
- It is not in the Play Store. Testers install it from a file: Android asks you to allow your browser to install apps, and Play Protect may show a warning because the file did not come from the store.
- It does not update itself. A newer build is installed over the old one from the same link, and keeps what the app had stored.
- Notifications are optional: the app asks only when you add a friend or send a challenge, and works without them.
Uninstalling
Uninstall it like any other app; everything it kept on the phone goes with it. A private profile the phone was linked to stays on kaylol.gg: unlink the phone first under About, or remove it later from the profile’s device list on the site.
Reporting a problem
Write to contact@kaylol.gg or post on the ideas board. Say which phone and Android version you have and, if you can, the version shown under About.
