Two accounts, every game they actually played each other. The lane record is the one that answers the argument — the rest is context.
Both accounts must be on the same server — Riot’s match history is per-region, so players on different servers cannot have played each other. Ranked & Clash is the default because an ARAM meeting is not a lane matchup and nobody picked into anybody.
