What to ban

A ban removes one champion from the game. Spend it on what hurts you or your team most, not only on what is popular.

How it works

Ban for your champion

If you know what you want to play, ban the champion that counters it hardest, or the one you least like facing in lane.

Ban what is strong right now

With no specific threat, a champion that is both strong and often picked this patch is a safe ban.

Don't waste a ban

Check what your teammates are hovering before you ban, and don't spend a ban on a champion that rarely shows up at your rank.

Bans are blind too

Solo-queue bans are made before anyone has picked, so you are guessing what the enemy will play. Ban what would hurt your plan most whoever picks it.
